Flood in Amherst, NY

Customer was out of town. Came home to find that his sump pump had failed. He called to have mitigation done. We went onsite and assured the customer that we would take care of his concerns and clean up the water and dry out the basement. Customer was very happy with our work. This took us very little time and the customer was able to go back to their normal routine sooner than they thought.
