SERVPRO of Buffalo-Tonawanda owner started the business 48 years ago. The company has expanded tremendously since that first franchise opened. The company is a 24/7 emergency business for all types of restoration cleanups. SERVPRO is there to help people in very stressful situations such as a hot water heater bursting, sump pump failures, and any other water losses that may occur.  Fires small or large are no issue. We also do mold remediation. Those situations are stressful, but we also do carpet cleaning and duct cleaning.

Our Crew was called to clean a 200 year old basement in Buffalo, NY. We were very excited to be working on a home that had been a part of our history. This home was constructed before the Civil War era and was thought to have been part of the Underground Railroad.

When arriving at the job, the basement was full of debris, dust and cobwebs.  We vacuumed and properly dusted the area.  We also cleaned many items that were stored in the basement.  The customer was very pleased with the outcome.

Our crew was called to a home for a deep cleaning.  Our crew cleaned the areas thoroughly.  They vacuumed and dusted. They also deep cleaned  the walls, the doors , windows and floors.  The customer was very happy with the detailed and thorough cleaning that was done.

The basement flooded due to a failed sump pump as a result of a power outage. The water from the loss had affected 3 rooms.  The before picture illustrates the water in the laundry room with a lot of content and debris.  The crews removed the content and extracted the water.  They also had to remove some tile that was affected.  They then set the fans and dehumidifiers up. The customer was very happy with the hard work and effort that the crew had put in.  At SERVPRO of Amherst-Clarence our customers are number 1! We realize that they have to go back to their lives in a timely fashion after a disaster strikes.  We are always here to help!

The customer at this home had a concerning stain in their beautiful light carpet.  The stain was from some make up that had spilled.  The customer was unsure that we could remove the stain. Our crew had to pretreat the area with product to begin the removal process .  They then used the carpet cleaning extractor.  The crew worked at it a long time to get the stain out.
